A few more court decisions like this one...

...from Italy, and Google might actually have to live up to its motto, "Do no evil," or at least drop the caveat which is the company's actual motto ("Do no evil, unless there is money to be made").   According to the linked article, "During the trial, Google said a guilty verdict could have a chilling effect on the development of the Internet in Italy and, perhaps, more widely across Europe."  Goodness, would Italian or European civilization survive if "the development of the Internet" were slowed?  How could that be possible?

Has the ABA Journal Hired Matt Drudge to Write Article Headlines?

One might think so judging from this:  "Law Student Charged with Contempt for Exposing Daughter to Christianity."  Of course, what really brought the contempt charge was violation of a court order growing out of a divorce and custody dispute.  Really, shouldn't the journal of the legal profession be more responsible?
