Tenured Phoenix Law Professors Sue Over Termination

Two tenured law professors at Phoenix School of Law, Celia Rumann and Michael O'Connor, are suing the law school and its owner, InfiLaw Corporation, arguing that they were fired because they opposed proposed curricular changes and student transfer policies.  The complaint, fascinating reading for those who wonder how for-profit law schools navigate not-necessarily-profitable faculty governance, is here.
