It may seem like it's taken a while, but the AALS has now decided how to respond to the Villanova Law admissions data reporting debacle. The organization is placing Villanova on two years of probation. The Philadelphia Inquirer suggests that, by implication, the AALS has - for the first time - placed partial blame on former Dean Mark Sargent. The letter is here.
