ABA Censures And Fines University of Illinois

After concluding that the University of Illinois intentionally provided false LSAT and GPA information, and misled the ABA when seeking a waiver of the Association's accreditation rules regarding the LSAT.the American Bar Association Section on Legal Education and Admission to the Bar announced a series of sanctions on the University of Illinois College of Law.  The sanctions include, among other things, public censure and a $250,000 fine.
