Some polling amusement for the dog days of summer. Only the dearly departed were eligible; obviously some living constitutional theorists are likely to be recognized as among the most significant in the eyes of history. When I open discussion of the results in a few days, readers can weigh in with the inexcusable omissions from the poll!
