...though we have won two (Nussbaum, Weisbach) of the last three against Harvard, but, alas, my esteemed colleague Jacob Gersen (administrative law, legislation) has accepted an offer from Harvard Law School. Family ties on the East Coast didn't help. He shall be missed in Hyde Park.
