University of Delaware Considering a Law School

The Board of Trustees of the University of Delaware authorized the school's administration to move forward with plans to open a law school on its Newark campus, starting in the fall of 2015.  The next step is a feasibility study and development of a business plan.  The school is targeting a first class of about 200 students.  This would be the state's second law school.  Widener University School of Law has a Wilmington campus.
