Gotanda Named Dean at Villanova

John Gotanda, Professor of Law and Associate Dean of Academic Affairs and Faculty Research at Villanova, was named that school's dean effective January 1.  He has been on the Villanova faculty since 1994. 

Beth Garrett Named Provost at Southern California

Elizabeth Garrett, the Frances R. and John J. Duggan Professor of Law, Political Science and Public Policy at the University of Southern California, was named provost of the university last week.  Garrett was previously on the faculty of the University of Chicago and she served as that law school's deputy dean from 1999-2001.
