Alasdair Roberts, a professor of public administration at the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs at Syracuse University (one of the top public affairs schools in the U.S.), will join Suffolk University Law School this fall as the first holder of the Rappaport Chair in Law and Public Policy.
