The University of Pennsylvania Law School has made a tenured appointment of Cary Coglianese (administrative law, regulatory law and policy), who is currently Associate Professor in the Kennedy School of Public Policy at Harvard University. Penn has also made a tenured offer to Stephanos Bibas (criminal law and procedure) at the University of Iowa, who is currently visiting at the University of Chicago Law School.
