Harvard Law School has made a tenured offer to Mark Tushnet--leading figure in constitutional law, legal history, and Critical Legal Studies--at Georgetown University. That would be a huge loss for Georgetown, if he goes. On the other hand, Georgetown recently hired his daughter, Rebecca Tushnet (intellectual property) away from New York University, where she had been an assistant professor.
