Clarisa Long and Timothy Wu, top young experts in intellectual property law at the University of Virginia, have accepted tenured offers from Columbia Law School. Although Stanford and Berkeley still probably continue to dominate the field in intellectual property/Cyberlaw, Columbia, with these new additions and existing strengths, is arguably closing in.
