Jody Freeman (environmental law) at the University of California at Los Angeles has accepted the senior offer from Harvard Law School. She becomes the first full-time environmental law scholar on the Harvard Law School faculty in nearly 15 years, since Richard Stewart decamped for New York University. During that time, Harvard Law School relied entirely on visitors to cover environmental law.
